We believe in proactive medicine.
  • Routine exams and yearly blood panels help your veterinarian screen for early onset diseases before your pet shows any obvious signs of illness. Addressing health concerns early means a better prognosis and ultimately less money spent by you on a more serious and advanced disease.
  • Vaccinations are an easy way for you to protect your cat or dog from potentially life-threatening viral and bacterial diseases.
  • Heartworm disease and intestinal parasite infestations are incredibly common in both old and young animals and quickly become deadly if not treated. They are also very easily prevented by year-round, monthly medication.

Pets provide their owners with many years of companionship, stress reduction, and relief from depression and anxiety. We owe it to our pets to take care of their emotional well-being too.

Our staff is dedicated to ensuring our clients have the tools they need to enrich their pet's life.  We help our clients with all things related to pet emotional well-being, including but not limited to behavior, exercise, and environmental enrichment.

Signs of physical discomfort or pain in pets are often very subtle or completely hidden and frequently go unnoticed by owners.  Hiding pain is an inherited behavior from our pets' wild ancestors. Showing pain in the wild was a sign of weakness and was detrimental to survival.
Pain may also manifest itself as unwanted behaviors:
  • A dog with severe dental disease and a painful tooth may lash out when petted on its head.
  • A cat with a severe urinary tract infection may begin to urinate outside its litter box.
We take your pet's comfort seriously. We are here to help with anything which may be causing your pet discomfort including dental disease, joint health, coat and skin conditions, eye health, and much more.

The human-animal bond between pet owner and pet is a well-documented phenomenon. Your pet is a valued member of your family and deserves to be treated as such. Our staff is dedicated to helping you nurture your bond with your pet and help with any challenges you may face.
